A) When heated with sodium hydroxide the OH- ions will dissociate completely because it is a strong alkali. The structural formula is given below in for of picture.

B)The conditions are that the reaction must be at High pressure and low temperature .

Reaction :- 2C2H5OH + CH3COOH -> CH3-COO-C2H5 + H2O

C)Litmus turns red in case of ethanol and turs blue in case of ethanoic acid.

Complete and partial dissociation oh OH- ions respectively.
