A and B are in partnership sharing profit and losses in the ratio of 3:2 they admit c into partnership 1/4 share which he acquires equally from A and B calculate the new profit share ratio.

So,A:B:C =19:11:10

Explanation:

Given :- Old Psr =3:2

C's share or gain =1/4 and C acquires equal share from A and B.

so,A's sacrifice to C =1/4×1/2 =1/8

B's sac. to C =1/4×1/2=1/8

New PSR of A B and C will be.. Old share - New share =gain/sac. OR

Old share-gain/sac. =New share

A= 3/5-1/8 =24-5/40 =19/40

B= 2/5-1/8 =16-5/40 = 11/40

C= 1/4 or 10/40

So,A:B:C

=19:11:10
