Let b's share =x

a's share $\frac{x}{2}$

And, c receives one third of a's share.

So, c's share  $\frac{x}{2\times 3}=\frac{x}{6}$

Ratio of shares of a, b and c=a:b:c

$= \frac{x}{2}:x:\frac{x}{6}\\\\ =3:6:1$

We get this ratio by multiplying shares of a,b and c by 6.
