Solution:

Let b's share =x

a's share \frac{x}{2}

And, c receives one third of a's share.

So, c's share  \frac{x}{2\times 3}=\frac{x}{6}

Ratio of shares of a, b and c=a:b:c

= \frac{x}{2}:x:\frac{x}{6}\\\\ =3:6:1

We get this ratio by multiplying shares of a,b and c by 6.
