Answer:

sacrifice ratio for A and B

A and B= 1/5*1/2= 1/10

new profit sharing ratio = old ratio - sacrifice ratio

A = 7/10 - 1/10= 6/10

B= 3/10 - 1/10 = 2/10

C = 1/5*2/2=2/10
