A and B are partners with capitals of ₹20000 and ₹300000 respectively and sharing the ratio 2:1 the terms of partnership are as follows
(i)Interest on capital is allowed 9%pa
(ii) A is allowed a salary of ₹40000 per month
(iii) interest on B’s loan account was ₹200000 for the whole year
(iv)interest on on drawings of partners at 12%pa drawings being A ₹60000 and B having ₹72000
(v) 5% of the distribution profit should be transferred to general reserve
