Given

\rm\alpha \: and \: \betaor the polynomial p(x) = 3x² - 13x + 14 = 0

We know that:

 \rm\alpha + \beta = \frac{-(-13) }{3}  \: \: or  \frac{13}{3} -----> (1)

\rm\alpha × \beta = \frac{14}{3} -----> (2)

\rm\frac{\alpha}{\beta} + \frac{\beta}{\alpha}

Taking LCM:

\rm\frac{\alpha + \beta}{\alpha\beta}

Putting the values of (1) and (2), we get:

\rm\frac{13/3}{14/3}

\fbox{ \rm\frac{13}{14}}
