For 2 share ......a brought 50000

therefore

for 3 share ........ b brings (50000/2) x 3

= 75000

hence b's capital is 75000

A’s capital = 50,000
Hence, total capital = (50,000 x 5)/2
= 1,25,000

B’s capital = 125,000 x 3/5 = 75000
