Hey.
Here is the answer.
Let B alone can do in b days
so, work done in one day by B= 1/b
a/q work done by a in one day = 1*1/2 ×1/b
= 3/2b
Also, as work done in one day by both A and B is ( 3/2b + 1/b) = 1/15
so, (3+2)/2b = 1/15
or, 5/2b =1/15
or, 5×15 =2b
so, b =5×15 /2=75/2= 37.5 days.
so,work done by a in one day 3/2b = 3/ 2×37.5 =1/25
so, work done by A is in 25 days.
and by B is 37.5 days.
Thanks.
