A leaves the job after 10 days as:---

●A does piece of work in 25 days

●B does piece of work in 30 days

●Total work done by A and B is lcm of 25 and 30 which is 150.

●Efficiency of A =total work /no of days a does work =150/25=6

●Efficiency of B=total work/no of days b does work =150/30=5

●work done by B in 8 days =days ×efficiency=8×5=40

●remaining work out of total work=150-40=110 work

●this

remaining work has to be done by both A and B .

●So efficiency of A and B =6+5=11

●number of days they work together=work /efficiency

=110/11=10

●So A and B work together for 10 days .

Hence A leaves work after 10 days.
