Solution
If both A and B can complete the work In 24 days than there 1 day work will be 1/24
Now they do work for 20 days
There 20days work will be 20/24
remaining work -1/6
let be can do whole work in X days than his 1 day work =1/x
Now accoridng to question work is completed in 26 days this means B alone do work for 6 days. Hence:-
Answer - 36 days
Additional information
- If one total time to complete work is given than flip the time to obtain one day work
