A + B can do the piece of work in 10 days.
(A + B)'s 1 day working capacity =
 \frac{1}{10}
A can do it in 15 days.....
So, A's 1 day working capacity =
 \frac{1}{15}
Now, B's 1 day working capacity =
(A + B)'s 1 day working capacity - A's 1 day working capacity
 =  \frac{1}{10}  -  \frac{1}{15}   \\  =  \frac{3 - 2}{30}  \\  =  \frac{1}{30}
Therefore, B's 1 day working capacity =
 \frac{1}{30}
Hence, B can finish the job alone, in 30 days....
