Step-by-step explanation:

Consider the money A has to be Rs x and the money B has to be Rs y. If A gives Rs 30 to B, then B will have twice the money which is left with A. If B gives Rs 10 to A, then A will have thrice as much as is left with B. Therefore, the money A has is and the money B has is .

Answer:

According to the question,

(A-30)*2 = (B+30).......................................................................(1)

(A+10) = 3(B-10)...........................................................................(2)

So we have to find value of A and B

From (1)

2A-60 = B+30

2A-B = 90...........................................................(3)

From (2)

A+10 = 3B-30

3B-A = 40............................................................(4)

If you solve (3) and (4) using any method you will get the following answer

A = 62

B = 34
