B=1200-X
A spend .12X . A have X-.12X=.88X
B spend (1200-X)*02 .So B have (1200-X)-(1200-X)*0.2=960-0.8X
As per condition, 0.88X+960-0.8X=1200*0.85

A have 0.88*750=700
B have 0.8*450=360
