A and B have monthly incomes 5:6 and
monthly expenditures in the ratio of 3:4. They
save 1800/- and 1600/- respectively. Find
the monthly income of B?​

Answer:

let the income of A be 5x and the income of B be 6x.

monthly expenditure of A is 3x and of B is 4x.

atq- money A saved =income-expenditure

5x-3x=1800

2x=1800

x=1800/2=900

money B saved =income-expenditure

6x-4x=1600

2x=1600

x=1600/2=800

so income of B is 6x=6*800=4800
