A and B together can do a piece of work in 10 days. B alone can do the same work in 15 days. How long will A alone take to do the same work? ​

A and B can accomplish 1/10 of work in one day. B can do 1/15.

A + B = 1/10

B = 1/15

Therefore

A = 1/10 - 1/15 = 1/30, A can accomplish 1/30 of work in one day.

Then, A alone takes 30 days for this work.
