W done in 1 day by a & b together = 1/10

W done in 1 day by a alone = 1/12

=> 1/12 + W done by b in 1 day = 1/10

    W done by b in 1 day = 1/10 - 1/12

                                        = 1/60

So, b alone will take 60 days to complete the work
