answer is 15 days

(A+B) jointly do a piece of work in... 12 days.

(A+B can do in 1 day.. 1/12 part of the work..(1)

B alone can do the same work in 60 days

B alone do the work in 1 day.... 1/60 part... (2)

Therefore A's daily part of work is…..

(1) - (2) = (1/12) - (1/60) = 4/60 or 1/15 part of the work, and hence A can do the same work in...

Whole work... 1/(1/15) = 15 days. is the answer.

(Thanks for asking a answer. I hope I am right!)
