Similarly for A and B to complete 1 work, they would take 4 days and in one day, 1/4th of total work is done by both of them.

So in one day A does 1/12th of the work and B does 1/B th of the work and together they complete 1/4th of the work.

Hence, 1/B + 1/12 = 1/4
