given initially
a+b = 158 ......i
c = a-101 and b = c+23
sub c value in b = c+23 we get
b = a -101+23
a-b = 78 . ......ii
by i and ii we get
a=118,b = 40
hence this is the answer

Answer:

(b + c) \: do \:  \frac{8}{23} of \: the \: work \\ a \: does \:  \: 1 -  \frac{8}{23}  -  \frac{15}{23} of  \:  \:the  \: work \: </p><p>ratio \: of \: \: a \: \: share \: to \: (b + c) \: share \:  =  \frac{15}{23} \\ a \: share =  \:  \frac{15}{23 \:  \times  \: rs. \: 529 = rs.345} .
