1. 'He' refers to Saint Peter in this poem who reached the door of small women who was baking cakes after moving throughout the world and giving religious lectures to the people.

2. The woman didn't deserve to live in a human form because she was very selfish. She didn't deserve to live a human being. Saint also said that God had given her food, shelter, fire to keep warm but she had become selfish for all the resources she had. She did not want to share them with anybody.

3. Three things which St. Peter deprived her of:

  • Food
  • Shelter
  • Fire to keep her warm.
