a)Peter Pan has lost his shadow. After the Darling children are asleep, he calls to Tinker Bell, who is hiding in a jug, to ask where it is. ... In his eagerness to get it back, which shows the kind of impulsive, enthusiastic creature Peter Pan is, he scatters the contents of the drawer all over the floor looking for it.

b)Peter Pan explains to Wendy that he ran away when he was a baby because he heard his parents talking about what he would be like when he was a man. This horrified the child because he had no desire ever to grow up and be a man, so, instead, he ran away "to Kensington Gardens" to live with the fairies.

c)Peter Pan comes to the nursery window to listen to the bedtime stories that Mary Darling tells to her children, Wendy, John, and Michael.

d)Peter, who wants to always be a little boy and to have fun, has no understanding of that deeper relationship which Wendy desires, and so runs from it because it scares him - though I think that in some ways, he does understand it, as well - which also scares him because it's something that would draw him toward growing
