  1. The scene takes place in a street in Venice. The people present here are Antonio,Solanio and Salarino. Salarino is in a casual mood but is worried for Antonio as Antonio fells very melancholy and Salarion tries to cheer him up.
  2. Brutus uses Ethos in his speech to say to his audience “Believe me… I'm a good guy, I'm one of you” 1. Would you rather that Caesar be alive and you be slaves? Brutus says this to give proof to the audience that he was right to kill Caesar.
