answer=28 ( if it is x cube )

explanation

x-y=2

x=2+y. (1) eq

xy=3

substituting the value of x

(2+y)y=3

2y + y²= 3

rearranging the terms

y²+2y-3=0

using splitting the middle term method

y²+3y-y-3=0

y(y-1)+3(y-1)=0

(y+3)(y-1)=0

y≠ -3. y=1

-3 cannot be applicable as it is negative.

now substituting the value of y in (1) eq

x=2+y

x=2+1

x=3

using both the values

x³+y = 3³+1

= 27 +1

=28

hope it helps
