With due respect it, is stated that I need a leave for two days from school. I had an eye infection which I have got treated by the hospital. I am recovering fast but doctor has prescribed me a bed rest for two days. I am not allowed to read, go outside in sunlight without protection or expose my eyes to dust.

Therefore, it is humbly requested that leave for two days be granted to me. I shall be very thankful to you for this favor.

Respected Ma'am,

I am Sanket Singh of class XI-Science of your institution. I want to say that I will not be able to attend the school today, i.e., 10-11-2018, due to some kind of eye infection. This popped up last night and I am experiencing severe pain in my left eye. My eye is hardly opening.

Therefore, it is a kind request from my side that you offer me a leave for today so that I can visit an eye-specialist. I hope you find my problem reasonable.
