ab=16
(a+b)²=a²+b²+2ab
(10)²=a²+b²+2(16)
100=a²+b²+32
a²+b²=100-32
a²+b²=68
______________
a²+ab+b²
=>68+16
=>84
a²+b²+ab=84

ab=16 .....(2)

we know

(a+b)² =a²+b²+2ab

substituting values of (1),(2)

10²=a²+b²+2(16)

100= a²+b²+32

100-32= a²+b²

68= a²+b²

Now

a²+b²+ab=68+16=84

a²+b²-ab=68-16=52
