a+b=11 and a^2+b^2=61 find the value of ab

Here is your answer !!

➡( a + b )2 = a2 + b2 + 2ab


➡ ( 11 )2 = 61 + 2ab

➡ 121 - 61 = 2ab

➡ 60 = 2ab

➡ ab = 60 / 2 = 30

Hence your answer is 30

=> a^2+b^2=61
=> (a+b)^2=61
=>a^2+b^2+2ab=61
=>(11)^2+2ab=61..........(a+b=11)
=>121+2ab=61
=>2ab=61-121
=>ab=-60/2
=>ab=-30.
