→ Answer :

( a + b ) ( a + b + 1 ) ( a + b - 1 )

→ Step-by-step explanation :

(a+b)^3-a-b\\\\=>(a+b)^3-(a+b)\\\\=>(a+b)[(a+b)^2-1)]\\\\

Now it is in form  a^2-b^2 so a^2-b^2 = (a+b)(a-b)

=>(a+b)[(a+b)^2-1^2]\\\\=>(a+b)([(a+b)+1][(a+b)-1])\\\\=>(a+b)(a+b+1)(a+b-1)
