      A + B = 40  ------------- EQ (1)

      A – B = 60  ------------- EQ(2)

+

------------------------------------------------------

2A =100

A = 100/2

A= 50

SUBSTITUTE A=50 IN EQ (1) OR EQ(2)

A + B = 40

50 + B =40

B=40-50=-10

THEN (2A-3B)/A+B = [2(50)-3(-10)]/50-10=100+30/40=130/40=3.25

mico: how 2a= 100
Dinakar: we have to add EEQ(1) and EQ(2), i.e.,A+B+A-B=60+40
mico: expected answer is 7/6 . ?
Dinakar: CAN YOU TELL ME THE QUESTION IN ENGLISH, I ACTUALLY DIDN'T UNDERSTOOD THE QUESTION.IT IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE,MAY BE KANADA
mico: (A+B) ya 40% means (A-B) ya 60% . when the equal to (2A-3B) / (A+B).
