(a + b )^2 = a2 + b2 + 2ab

25 = 13 + 2 ab

ab = 6

(a - b )^2 = a2 + b2 - 2ab

= 13 - 12 = 1

(a - b ) = +1 and -1

when a>b so (a - b ) = 1

hope it helps..
