a+b =5 , value of a^2 + b^2 -10a - 10b +2ab+5

a+b=5
a^2+b^2-10a-10b+2ab+5
=a^2+b^2+2ab-10a-10b+5
=(a+b)^2-5{2a+2b-1}
=5^2-5{2(a+b)-1}
=25-5(2×5-1)
=25-5×9
=25-45
= -20 Ans.
