AnswEr :

The value of B is 3.

ExplanaTion :

a  \:  +  \: b \:  =  \: 76 -  -  - (1)

a \:  -  \: b \:  =  \: 38 -  -  - (2)

Now, by adding both eq(1) and eq(2) we get,

a \:  +  \: b \:  +  \: a \:  -  \: b \:  =  \: 76 \:  +  \: 38

 \implies \: 2a  + ( + b  \:  - b) = 76 + 38

 \implies \: 2a \:  = 114

 \implies \: a =  \frac{114}{2}

 \implies \: a =  \cancel \frac{114}{2}

 \implies \: a = 57

therefore, the Value of a is 57.

Now, substitute the value of a in eq(1).

 \implies \: 57 + b =  76

 \implies \: b = 76  \:  -  \: 57

 \implies \: b = 19

therefore, the value of b is 19.

Now, according to problem , the value of

A/B =

 \frac{a}{b}  =  \frac{57}{19}

 \frac{a}{b}  = 3
