Answer : Make me as brainlist

A/B=3

Explanation :

This is a linear type equations.

To find the value of A/B , first we need the value of A and B respectively.

Always try to write steps ,so you would understand what you are doing.

Step 1: A+B =76

Step 2: A-B =38

Always check the sign of the second variable in most cases i.e (sign of B) . In step 1 ,the sign of B is (+)and step 2 the sign of B is (-)

Add the step 1 and step 2 ,When one sign is positive and other sign is negative it gets cancelled out.

(after adding step 1 and step 2 and cancelling +B and -B we get)

Step 3 : 2A = 114

To find the value of variable move the numerical part to the opposite side, when the variable is added or substracted by number moving to opposite side will change the sign of number, incase if the variable is divided or multiplyed by number then moving to opposite side will make multiply = division and division = multiply

Here 2A =114 will become

Step 4 : A = 114/2

Step 5 : A = 57

Now we got value of A , substituting it in Step 1 or Step 2 will get value of B

Let we substitute the value of A in step 1

Step6 : A+B = 76

57+B = 76

B = 76–57

B = 19

So we got the value of A and B or 57 and 19

Step 7 : Therefore the value of A/B = 57/19

I.e A/B = 3

To verify this substitute both value of A and B in step 1 and step 2 you will get value equal to right hand side value.

PS : try to solve this type of equations for your practice,follow the above steps.
