a÷(-b) = -a÷b = -(a÷b)

yeah the given equation i.e. = 
a ÷ (-b) = - ( a ÷ b ) 
⇒here when we assign some value to both a and b we can find it out easily. 

let the value of a = 4 and b = 2 
⇒ 4 ÷ ( - 2 ) = - ( 4 ÷ 2 ) 
⇒ - 2 = - 2 
 ∴ a ÷ (-b) = - (a÷b) is true.
