Step-by-step explanation:

In triangle ABC

ANGLE BAC=90°

Using Pythagoras theorem

(Hypotenuse)^2 = (side)^2 + (side)^2

BC^2 = AB^2+BC^2

= 7.9^2+ 6.7^2

= 107.3

BC = 10.35

Let

∆Abc is a right angle triangle because BAC=90°

distance of AB=7.9mm

distance of CA=6.7mm

Distance of BC=?

Bc^=CA^+AB^

BC^=7.9^+6.7^

Bc^=62.41+44.89

BC^=107.3

BC=√107.3

BC=10.35

Distance of BC=10.35mm
