Answer:

Given:-

A:B:C = 1:1:1

C retires 1/3

C surrenders 3/5th of his share in favour of A and 2/5th in favour of B

So, A acquires from C = 1/3×3/5 = 3/15

B acquires from C = 1/3×2/5 = 2/15

Calculation of new PSR of A and B - old ratio + gain = new ratio

A= 1/3 + 3/15 = 5+3/15 = 8/15

B= 1/3 + 2/15 = 5+2/15 = 7/15

New Ratio :- 8:7

hope it helps..
