Answer:

Old partners will bear 1/8 in their old profit sharing ratio I.e 5:4:3

so,

new profit sharing ratio well be:

A= 5/12*2/8=10/96

B=4/12*2/8 =8/96

C=3/12*2/8 =6/96

D=1/8*8/8 =8/96

so new ratio is 10:8:6:8 or 5:4:3:4
