39
According to dobereiner's triad,

A + C ÷ 2 = B

Here,

A = 7
C= 39
B= ?

Therefore,

7 + 39 ÷ 2 = C
46÷2 = C
23 =C

The element C has the atomic weight of 23u which is same as Sodium

C = Sodium
