Answer:

The earning of c is Rs. 26.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given : a, b, c earn Rs. 120 per day.

a and c earn Rs. 80 per day, b and c earn Rs. 66 per day.

To find : c's earning.

Solution :

a, b, c earn Rs. 120           ⇒ a+ b+ c = 120  ------- eq. (1)

Also, a and c earn Rs.80 ⇒ a + c = 80 -------------eq.(2)

        b and c earn Rs.66 ⇒ b + c = 66 -------------eq. (3)

substituting eq.(2) in eq.(1) we get,

a+ b + c =120 ⇒ b + 80 = 120

                      ⇒ b = 120 - 80 = 40

Now, put b= 40 in eq.(3)

  b + c = 66 ⇒ 40 + c = 66

                   ⇒ c= 66 - 40 = 26

Therefore, the earning of c is Rs. 26.
