Answer:

A's sacrifice= 1/6

A's new share= Old share- sacrifice

=5/10 - 1/6

= 1/3

B' sacrifice= Nil

B's new share= 3/10

C's sacrifice= nil

C's new share= 2/10 (remaining unchanged)

D's share= 1/6

New profit sharing ratio= 1/4:3/10:2/10:1/6

= 10:9:6:5

Sacrifice ratio = Since B and C have made no sacrifice

A's sacrifice = 1/6

Explanation:

when it is given in the question that any old partners is not making sacrifice in favour of new partner then

Remaining share= 1-new partner's share-share of old partner sacrifice
