(a+b+c)2 = a2+2ab+2ac+b2+2bc+c2

(a-b-c)2 = a2-2ab-2ac+b2+2bc+c2

Pull out like factors :

2a2 + 2b2 + 4bc + 2c2 =

2 • (a2 + b2 + 2bc + c2)

Final result :

2 • (a2 + b2 + 2bc + c2)

Answer:

(a+b+c)^2 + (a+b+c)^2=(2a+2b+2c)^2 -2(a^2+b^2+c^2+ab+bc+ca)
