Answer:

To prove:

A−(B∪C)=(A−B)∩(A−C)

Solution:

L.H.S=A−(B∪C)

=A∩(B∪C) ′ ∵(A−B)=A∩B ′

=A∩(B ′∩C ′ ) ∵(B∪C) ′=(B′∩C ′)

=(A∩B ′)∩(A∩C ′ )

=(A−B)∩(A−C)

= R.H.S

Hope it helps !
