A,B,C are partners in proportion of 3/6,2/6,and 1/6 respectively D was admitted in the firm as a new partner with 1/6th share. calculate the new profit sharing ratios of the partners.​

Answer:

3:2:1= A:B:C

D=1-1/6=5/6

A=5/6×3/6= 15/36

B= 5/6×2/6= 10/36

C=5/6×1/6= 5/36

NPSR= A:B:C:D

= 15/36:10/36:5/36:1/6

=15:10:5:6 (NPSR)
