LCM of all

6 , 12 and 18 is work

36 unit

A = 36/6 = 6 unit/days

B = 36/12 = 3 unit/days

C = 36/18 = 2 unit/days

together = 6 + 3 + 2 = 11 unit/days

36/11 days...
