A,b,c,d is a diameter of a circle of radius 6 cm such that ab=bc=cd semicircles are drawn on ab and bd find the area of the given circle

As you have not given the figure so I assume this

latest name the centre M,N,O on side ab bc and ac respectively .

Now as they are semicircle of same diameter so

area of the shaded region

 = 3( \frac{\pi {r}^{2} }{2} ) \\ = 3( \frac{22}{7} \times 6 \times 6 \times \frac{1}{2} ) \\ = 169.71 {cm}^{2}
