sum of 9 can be either with7+2,3+6,5+4

total probablities=1 with any number from bag 2, 3 with any number from bag 2, 5 with any number from bag 2 and 7 with any number from bag 2.

so, total probablities=3+3+3+3=12

number of probablities=3

probablity=3/12=1/4

so, 1 out of every 4 pair of card drawn can have a probablity to get the sum of 9.
