total sum is rs 154i.e.15400 paisa

given:(50x3x)+(25x6x)+10x5x)=15400 paisa

   so  150x +150x +50x=15400 paisa

         i.e.350x=15400

          x=44

         total coins are 3x +6x + 5x

                                =14x

                                =14x44

                                =616 coins
