total number of balls = 10+15 =25

probability of getting a red ball = 10/25 I, e 2/5

probability of getting a blue ball = 15/25 = 3/5

The probability of choosing a red ball is 10c1

The proability of choosing a blue ball is 15c1

Totally out of 25 balls we have to choose 2

So the proability of choosing 2 balls out of 25 balls is 25c2

Hence the total proability of getting one red and one blue ball out of 25 balls is

10c1 * 15c1 totally divided 25c2

Which is equal to 1/2
