Favourable outcomes: 2,12,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28,29,32,42,52,62,72,82,92,102,112,120,121,122,123,124,125,126,127,128,129,132,142,152,162,172,182,192,200,201...299,and so on upto 1100

Favourable outcome upto 1-99= 19

100-199=19

200-299=100

300-399=19 and so on

Total Favourable outcomes=19×10+100

=190+100

=290

Probability of occurrence of 2digit on the ticket
