Total balls = 12 white + 18 balls  =  30

Probability of drawing white balls first = number of white ball/total balls

                                                                = 12/30

Now, the 1 ball have been reduced from the total balls;

Now, the total balls left = 29

Probability of drawing black ball for the second time = 18/29

Now, the combined probability of drawing first is white and second is black would be \frac{12}{30} \times \frac{18}{29}

= 36/145
