ANSWER:-

GIVEN:-

TOTAL NO. OF MARBLES IN THE BAG = 15

NO. OF BLUE MARBLES = 7

NO. OF GREEN MARBLES = 5

NO. OF RED MARBLES = 3

FIND:-

PROBABILITY OF GETTING F1ST MARBLE AS BLUE=?

AND 2ND MARBLE AS RED=?

SOLUTION:-

1)

TOTAL NO. OF MARBLES= 15

NO. OF BLUE MARBLES = 7

so,

 probability (e_{1} ) =  \frac{favourable \: outcmes}{total \: outcomes}

 =  \frac{ \cancel7}{ \cancel15}  = 0.46

so, the probability of getting f1st marble as blue is 0.46

2)

TOTAL NO. OF MARBLES= 15

NO. OF GREEN MARBLES =5

so,

 probability (e_{2} ) =  \frac{favourable \: outcmes}{total \: outcomes}

 =  \frac{ \cancel5}{ \cancel15}  = 0.33

so, the probability of getting 2nd marble as green is 0.33
